End of Tenancy Cleans
Home Help provides end of tenancy cleans for the tenants moving out or for the owner/agent before the new tenants move in.
A member of the Home Help team will visit the property to discuss your individual requirements. A deep clean will be carried out in all rooms. We will also focus on all fixtures and fittings, tiles, paintwork and on top of cupboards.
Any other specific requirements will be discussed prior to the clean.
Spring Cleans
A spring clean includes the same as the regular clean above with the addition of cleaning all cupboards and drawers inside and out. All internal windows and doors will be cleaned. Tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms will be cleaned and all skirting boards washed. Even the oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine will be cleaned.
